Your Right to Request Data Deletion

At Aa Bazaar Pay, we respect your privacy rights and give you full control over your personal information. Under Google Play's User Data Policy, you may request the deletion of specific personal data or your entire account record.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

• Identity & Profile: Registered mobile phone number, name, email address, profile preferences.
• Authentication Records: OAuth and API session tokens, active login devices.
• Marketing & Notification Preferences: Push notification tokens and promotional communication records.

What Data Is Retained and Why?

In compliance with regulatory mandates under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives, and tax laws, digital transaction ledgers (e.g. recharge logs, BBPS utility bill payments, timestamps, transaction IDs) must be securely retained for statutory auditing periods (typically 5 to 7 years). These records are kept strictly confidential and cannot be used for any commercial or marketing purpose.
